Talent Acquisition Manager - AMC - Delhi

Role Overview

This position is with Aditya Birla Capital in Delhi and focuses on end-to-end talent acquisition support for business units. The role is responsible for maintaining hiring discipline, improving source effectiveness, ensuring quality of hires, and strengthening recruitment process compliance across the zone.

Key Result Areas

• Maintain manpower availability by working in close coordination with the ABC business unit HR teams.
• Ensure manpower budget versus actual stays fully aligned with the approved plan.
• Improve the hiring source mix in line with the agreed sourcing framework.
• Track and support quality-of-hire outcomes while following the infant attrition grid and the agreed diversity hiring targets as a share of overall headcount budget.
• Monitor the complete hiring cycle so that sourcing-to-offer timelines are met, including onboarding-related turnaround standards.
• Strengthen HR compliance by ensuring timely and accurate documentation for all important employee joining formalities.
• Partner with HR business partners in the business units to complete documentation at the zone level.
• Follow turnaround time and first-time-right standards for all critical recruitment activities.
