This role is for a Retail Sales Associate / Crew member and is suited to people looking for an entry-level position with flexible scheduling. The job involves everyday store operations such as handling cash, processing fuel payments, cleaning, and restocking. In some foodservice-focused locations, the role also includes preparing food and maintaining food safety standards. The work environment includes teamwork, customer interaction, and opportunities to build experience in retail and foodservice. Prior cashier, customer service, retail, or foodservice experience can be helpful, but it is not required. Training is provided for candidates with a positive attitude.
Key Duties
- Support daily store operations by processing payments, including cash handling and fuel transactions.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and ready for customers at all times.
- Restock merchandise and help maintain shelf presentation.
- In foodservice roles, prepare food items and follow food safety practices.
- Deliver friendly service and contribute to a positive customer experience.
- Promote the rewards loyalty program when appropriate.

What You Need
The ideal candidate is focused on customer satisfaction, takes pride in keeping the workplace clean and safe, and can handle multitasking in a busy environment. The role also requires the ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, along with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds. Candidates must follow health code requirements and be comfortable preparing and presenting food, including coffee. Strong cash handling and fuel transaction skills are important, as is the ability to support loyalty-program promotion.
