Job Purpose
The role is focused on delivering technical estimation support to the retail tech support team, with an emphasis on drawings and estimation work.
Job Context and Main Challenges
The position calls for 4–6 years of relevant experience and a strong working knowledge of AutoCAD. A key challenge is managing a high volume of questions from sales teams and fabricators while also producing detailed proposal drawings for large orders.
Key Result Areas / Accountabilities
The role covers proposal drawing creation, quotation and material take-off preparation, and site audit support for retail projects.
Proposal Drawings
Develop CAD-based drawings for both proposal stage and production documentation.
Quotation, MTO, BOM and BOQ
Use Excel-based templates to prepare quotations and compile bills of materials and bills of quantities.
Site Audits
Carry out site audits for retail projects and prepare quality reports based on observations.
