About the internship

This remote internship is with a fintech startup focused on building an AI-driven debt collection intelligence platform and voicebot. The team combines analytics and real-time conversational AI to streamline and humanize debt recovery for lenders, and interns are expected to contribute to real product features.

What you will work on

• Create backend services and APIs that support the collections engine.
• Design and build user-facing interfaces for lenders and collection agents.
• Contribute to the AI voicebot that interacts with borrowers in real time.
• Connect machine learning models for debtor risk assessment and prioritizing collections.
• Develop and refine retrieval-augmented generation workflows so the AI can use relevant context.
• Ship, observe, and improve features in an active production environment.

Who can apply

Compensation and deadline
