Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Software Developer with expertise in .Net/C# to join our product-focused team. You will play a key role in technical design, code quality, and mentoring junior developers. This position offers significant growth opportunities within a supportive and dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

• Propose, review, and take ownership of technical designs at the EPIC level.
• Contribute to the development team's standards and code review processes.
• Mentor junior developers (Developers 1 and 2) within the team.
• Ensure responsibility and delivery of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) when required.
• Apply best practices in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and design patterns.
• Execute the Product Owner's vision for the team's products as part of the technological plan.
• Identify and contribute to the prioritization of technical debt within the development team.
• Participate in the recruitment process, potentially serving as a standby interviewer for second-stage technical assessments.
• Identify emerging technologies and best practices through continuous technology watch.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in developing Web applications, APIs, and SaaS products.
• Proficiency in SOLID and DDD principles, with a strong commitment to writing clean code.
• Experience with .Net Core, .Net Framework, C#, React, EntityFramework, Nhibernate (or similar ORMs), Azure DevOps, SQL Server, MongoDB, RabbitMQ, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• University degree in Computer Science or a related field.
