Senior Dispatch Agent

Role overview

This position focuses on dispatch operations with an emphasis on cross-border trucking control, heavy-weight dispatch coordination, and on-road support. The role is based in New Chandigarh, India and is a full-time onsite opportunity.

Core accountabilities

You will be expected to complete assigned processes and procedures within set timelines while maintaining a high standard of accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal requirements and external regulations. The role involves spotting irregularities, applying established rules to resolve routine issues, and escalating more complex matters to senior colleagues when needed.

Key skills needed

The position calls for strong attention to detail, comfort using Microsoft Office and general PC tools, good planning and organizing ability, solid interpersonal communication, and effective problem-solving skills.
