Role Overview
This full-time, on-site position in Surat is responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the property. The Property Manager will oversee housekeeping and maintenance coordination, make sure guest units and common spaces meet company quality standards, and monitor safety and security processes. The role involves handling communication with tenants and guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, resolving concerns or complaints, and maintaining strong satisfaction levels. It also includes working with vendors, maintaining inventory and supply records, assisting with budgets and basic financial reports, and ensuring alignment with company policies and local regulations. The role requires close collaboration with leadership to improve operations while protecting the brand’s service standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily property operations and ensure the site runs smoothly.
- Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and vendor-related activities.

- Manage guest and tenant communication, including arrivals, departures, concerns, and service requests.

Qualifications
