Product Manager

Position OverviewRevidd is looking for a Product Manager to take charge of the product roadmap, execution cadence, and release coordination for its core platform offerings. The role requires turning customer feedback, market intelligence, and business goals into a practical delivery backlog, while making sure releases are planned well, executed smoothly, and protected by strong quality checks.In this role, you will collaborate closely with the CTO, engineering, solution architecture, and customer-facing teams to guide the product from discovery through release. The focus is on building dependable, competitive products with a strong delivery discipline and consistent customer value.Role DetailsFunction: ProductExperience: 3-5 yearsLocation: Revidd Office, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, IndiaReporting to: CTOCore ResponsibilitiesYou will be expected to manage the roadmap, coordinate releases, and keep delivery moving in a structured way while working across functions.Maintain the product roadmap and quarterly release plans, keeping them aligned with business direction and customer needs.Run planning and execution activities such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily syncs, reviews, retrospectives, and delivery tracking.Convert broad business or customer needs into epics and user stories with clear acceptance criteria and measurable outcomes.Work with engineering leaders and solution architects to prepare realistic estimates, timelines, dependency mapping, and risk controls.Own release management activities, including version planning, release notes, go/no-go checks, and post-release monitoring and feedback.Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, confirm solutions, and prioritize requests effectively.Perform market research and competitor analysis to help keep the product differentiated and competitive.Put quality controls in place, including UAT readiness, regression practices, and release checklists, to support reliable delivery.AI-First Product FocusRevidd is building toward AI-enabled video workflows and better end-user experiences. The Product Manager should help shape an AI-first product direction that makes complex video operations simpler and more effective for customers.Spot high-value AI opportunities across OTT, live, and playout workflows, including operations, content workflows, analytics, support, personalization, and QA.Design AI-based product experiences that reduce manual work and simplify complex processes, with defined success metrics.Work with engineering and data/AI teams to assess feasibility, identify data needs, and guide delivery iteratively from MVP to scale.Ensure AI features are built responsibly, with attention to quality, safety, privacy, reliability, and measurable customer benefit.Required Qualifications3 to 5 years of experience in product management with end-to-end ownership of roadmap and delivery.Background in startup settings where accountability and hands-on execution are essential.Strong understanding of video streaming basics and platform workflows such as OTT, live streaming, and playout.Proven success working with engineering teams in agile environments and supporting release delivery.Strong communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management abilities.Ability to break down unclear problems into structured requirements, milestones, and outcomes.Preferred ExperienceFamiliarity with product and project tools such as Jira and/or YouTrack.Experience with market research, competitor analysis, and product positioning in B2B SaaS.Exposure to AI-enabled product features or workflow improvements driven by AI.Success MeasuresA well-prioritized roadmap with clear trade-offs and measurable results.Timely releases supported by strong quality checks and fewer production issues.Better engineering clarity through well-formed epics and stories, accurate estimates, and predictable delivery.Higher customer satisfaction through quicker request handling and meaningful AI-driven workflow improvements.Application NotesApplicants should submit a resume along with a brief note that includes: products owned end to end, examples of roadmap and release ownership, experience working with engineering teams, and any AI-enabled product or workflow automation work.Additional InformationThis is a full-time, onsite role based in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India.
