Procurement Manager

Role overview

This opportunity is for a Procurement Manager focused on MEP work in Dubai. The position is being hired for a well-established MEP contracting business through Talents Tide on behalf of its client.

What you will do

• Oversee procurement activities from start to finish for MEP projects, covering sourcing, buying, and supplier coordination.
• Lead vendor discussions to achieve competitive pricing, dependable quality, and practical delivery schedules.
• Work closely with project, engineering, and finance teams so materials are ordered and delivered on time.
• Track supplier output, keep procurement spend under control, and ensure all work follows company rules and procedures.
• Create and sustain effective working relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.

What the role requires

• A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a closely related discipline.
• At least 8 years of procurement experience in the MEP or construction sector.
• Solid understanding of MEP materials, equipment, and local UAE supplier networks.
• Strong commercial judgment, negotiation ability, and clear communication skills.
• Exposure to ERP platforms is considered beneficial.

This role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and is a full-time onsite position. Candidates should bring a strong background in MEP procurement and be prepared to work with an established company in the Dubai market.
