About the Opportunity

This role is open to experienced printers, recent trade graduates, and candidates wanting to grow their careers in the printing industry. By registering your interest, you may be matched to future opportunities across several label printing disciplines.

Printing Areas

• Flexographic printing
• Offset printing
• Digital printing
• Rotary printing
• High-embellishment label production

Apprenticeship opportunities may also be available.

Key Duties

• Run printing equipment to fulfil customer orders within service standards, quality expectations, target output, and required timelines.
• Keep machinery operating safely and support a strong safety-first culture.
• Inspect machine components and escalate any maintenance needs.
• Follow quality control procedures and keep accurate quality assurance records.
• Help train and coordinate Assistant Printers in their day-to-day tasks.

About You

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, committed to high-quality output, and comfortable working in a busy team environment. Depending on the specific opportunity, you may bring some of the following:

• A trade qualification such as Certificate III in Print or an equivalent qualification.
• Hands-on experience with multiple printing technologies.
• Exposure to high-embellishment labels, which would be helpful but is not essential.
• Prior work in printing or manufacturing, which would be advantageous.
• Strong quality control habits and excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to complete manual handling tasks.
• Work rights for Australia or New Zealand.
