Role overview

We are hiring a committed Porter for a healthcare setting in Petersfield, England. This is a full-time role with a 35-hour weekly contract, focused on keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly, supporting customer care, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

Key responsibilities

• Keep lobbies and other shared areas clean, orderly, and presentable.
• Support housekeeping, restaurant, and banqueting teams with room setups and furniture movement.
• Carry out selected reception tasks, including arranging theatre ticket bookings and restaurant reservations.
• Respond to customer needs and requests when required.
• Complete errands as assigned.
• Help protect customers by placing and removing warning signs, such as notices for wet floors or recently painted areas.
