Role overview
Aujan Interiors is seeking an accomplished MEP Manager or Senior MEP Engineer to support interior fit-out work in Abu Dhabi. The role calls for someone with deep experience in handling mechanical, electrical, and plumbing coordination across fit-out projects, along with a strong working knowledge of local authority requirements in the emirate.
Core experience and project background
The ideal candidate should bring 7 to 10 years of UAE experience, specifically within F&B, commercial, retail, and hospitality fit-out assignments. Prior exposure to the Abu Dhabi market and its project approval processes is essential.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee MEP coordination throughout interior fit-out projects.
- Prepare and manage technical submissions as required for project approvals.
- Coordinate inspections and ensure readiness for authority reviews.
- Support the handover process and close out MEP-related deliverables.
Authority and compliance exposure
A strong understanding of approvals and no-objection requirements from Abu Dhabi authorities is required, including ADCD, ADM/DMT, ADDC, and associated NOCs.
Availability
Candidates who can join immediately, or with a very short notice period, are preferred.
