Role Overview
The Lifeguard will be accountable for the day-to-day functioning of the hotel swimming pool and recreation area, while also maintaining a safe, clean, and well-kept environment for guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the hotel pool and recreation area.
- Keep the work zone clean, orderly, and presentable at all times.
- Act in accordance with property-specific emergency response procedures when urgent situations arise.
Qualification Requirements
- High school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
- Current lifeguard certification.
- Valid CPR and first aid certification.
- Strong swimming ability along with rescue and lifesaving skills.
- Prior work experience in a hotel, resort, or recreation-focused facility is an advantage.
