About the internshipSPAR Hypermarket, part of Landmark Group, is hiring a Learning and Development intern to support employee training and capability-building initiatives. This role is suited to someone who is imaginative, proactive, and eager to build a career in L&D while gaining practical exposure in a large retail organization.What you will doCreate engaging training collateral and learning assets in Canva for employee education and participation.Support the creation and rollout of training programs aimed at improving employee knowledge and performance.Work with different teams to understand learning gaps and help design tailored learning interventions.Help deliver training sessions and workshops focused on productivity and skill improvement.Track how effective training initiatives are and contribute ideas for ongoing refinement.Handle coordination tasks for L&D activities, including scheduling and logistical support.Communicate with internal stakeholders to keep learning initiatives aligned and supported.Who can applyApplications are open to candidates who can join a full-time, in-office internship, are available for 6 months, can begin between 27 May 2026 and 1 July 2026, and are based in Bangalore. Applicants should have relevant skills and a genuine interest in learning and development.
