About the Role
Hanna Brothers is hiring right away for a full-time Lead Steward at The Studio Cafe at Trilith Studios in Fayetteville, Georgia. This position supports kitchen cleanliness, sanitation, and safe day-to-day back-of-house operations in a busy 7-day-a-week environment with day and evening shifts.
Location
The Studio Cafe at Trilith Studios, 461 Sandy Creek Road Suite 4104, Fayetteville, GA 30214. Online applications are accepted only.
Schedule
Full-time schedule with day and evening shifts available. The operation runs seven days per week. Final schedule details will be discussed during the interview.
Role Summary
The Lead Steward is responsible for keeping kitchen work areas, tools, and equipment clean, organized, and compliant with sanitation and safety standards. The role also involves supporting supply movement, dishwashing, setup assistance, and general stewarding duties as needed.
Key Duties
- Maintain clean kitchen floors by sweeping and mopping at appropriate intervals to meet safety and sanitation expectations.
- Run and monitor large equipment such as dishwashers, sanitizers, trash compactors, and glass crushers.
- Clean worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food-prep surfaces.
- Collect, sort, and remove trash and waste into designated containers, including steaming or hosing out garbage cans when assigned.
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and other kitchen equipment used in food preparation.
- Move supplies and equipment between storage and work areas while following safe lifting practices.
- Help with banquet table setup and front-of-house setup when requested.
- Assist in loading, unloading, and delivering supplies and products.
- Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as needed.
- Follow all sanitation and safety procedures without exception.
- Take on other related tasks as assigned.
Experience Requirement
Previous supervisory experience is required.
Pay
The pay range for this role is $20.00 to $25.00 per hour.
