What you will do

You will lead recruiting activity with a strong focus on Technology hiring, acting as both an individual contributor and a coach to other recruiters. The role covers end-to-end recruiting, internal stakeholder management, sourcing strategy, candidate assessment, offer negotiation, and onboarding completion. You will also support hiring for mid-level manager, professional, and director-level positions.

  • Carry an active requisition load while mentoring and guiding other recruiters when needed.
  • Work with the manager to shape team strategy, especially for Technology hiring plans and future talent needs.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to confirm job profiles, requirements, and specifications.
  • Use creative sourcing approaches and manage the recruiting process from initial search through final hire.
  • Review resumes and candidate profiles, represent the company to candidates, conduct phone screens, document evaluations, and present candidates to hiring managers.
  • Stay current on recruiting trends and share effective practices with the wider team.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to meet high-volume hiring needs and tight timelines.
  • Advise hiring managers on interviews by helping create interview guides and supporting structured interview processes.
  • Act as the main recruiting contact for hiring managers, including succession planning discussions.
  • Guide leaders on job postings and job marketing, and help ensure hiring and promotions align with company employment policy.
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners to build effective support strategies for the business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience in place of a degree where permitted.
  • At least 7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including at least 1 year in corporate recruiting and/or equivalent leadership experience with hiring responsibility or HR management.
  • At least 5 years of experience using candidate search methods such as target company identification, resume mining, cold calling, and name generation, or direct participation in hiring.
  • At least 5 years of experience conducting behavioral interviews.
  • At least 5 years of experience recruiting for hourly and/or salaried roles.
  • At least 5 years of experience working with an applicant tracking system.
  • At least 3 years of experience sourcing through candidate social networking platforms.

Compensation

The annual pay range for this role is $86,000 to $143,600. Starting pay may differ based on the role offered, location, education, training, and experience.

Location restrictions

Remote associates in hourly roles cannot live in Alaska, California, or Hawaii. Remote salaried associates cannot live in Alaska or Hawaii.
