Job Purpose

The Asset Lead - Techno Commercial will convert business-unit techno-commercial strategy into execution across airport locations. This includes leading sourcing, contracting, logistics, and vendor performance activities, while ensuring that airport CapEx, OpEx, and service procurement is timely, cost-effective, and aligned with operational needs. The role also supports commercial governance, continuity of operations, process improvement, digital adoption, and team capability building at site or cluster level.

Responsibilities

  • Support the administration and coordination of contracts and the services attached to them.
  • Contribute to business planning for assigned contracts and related activities.
  • Track, compile, and assess performance data, then prepare reports as needed.
  • Help ensure adherence to national standards and applicable legislation.
  • Monitor contract compliance and escalate gaps where required.
  • Collect, review, and report on performance management information.
  • Carry out research for Service Development and Contract Managers and prepare findings, recommendations, and status updates.
  • Assist in preparing and submitting tenders.
  • Support the rollout of effective performance, quality, and information systems across area teams.
  • Advise on workforce development needs and help deliver training or support required for successful contract implementation.
  • Protect the company’s brand and reputation and guide colleagues on correct brand usage.

Requirements
