Role Overview

G4S is hiring a professionally trained Lady Security Guard to help safeguard client sites across Kerala. The role involves maintaining safety at locations such as construction sites, courts, retail outlets, warehouses, banks, and factories. The position focuses on protecting people, property, and information while supporting site security through patrols, access control, monitoring, and incident response.

Key Responsibilities

• Safeguard the premises, assets, and sensitive information assigned to the site.
• Submit routine reports to the supervisor every day in line with the required process.
• Follow company policies and operating procedures without exception.
• Comply with all health, safety, and environmental instructions at all times.
• Use and monitor security equipment and systems effectively.
• Manage entry and exit for people, materials, and vehicles.
• Carry out foot patrols to spot hazards that could affect property or personal safety.
• Check outdoor parking areas as needed to help prevent vehicle-related risks and unauthorized access.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and help deter suspicious or criminal activity.
• Prepare written reports whenever required.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The role is suited to a physically fit and medically fit applicant who can present a mature and responsible appearance. Candidates must meet the minimum educational and physical standards required for security work.

Eligibility

Applicants must have completed at least 10th standard. Women must be at least 5 feet tall. Freshers should be between 18 and 35 years of age, while experienced security guards can apply up to 40 years of age. The candidate should be physically and medically fit.
