This opportunity is for several Lab Technicians to join a fast-growing advanced manufacturing company in Towcester, Northamptonshire. The business has recently benefited from major international investment and is in the middle of a significant site expansion. It offers a permanent role with a starting salary of £35,000, full training from day one, and clear prospects for long-term development.

Working Pattern and Important Details

This is a permanent continental shift role covering both days and nights. The rota follows a 4 on / 4 off pattern, made up of 2 day shifts, 2 night shifts, and then 4 days off.

• Day shift: 07:00 to 19:00
• Night shift: 19:00 to 07:00
• Own transport is required because the site is in a rural location
• The working area is a cleanroom and PPE is required
• Full training is provided regardless of experience

In this position, you will support precision manufacturing and inspection activities within a controlled cleanroom setting. The work combines manual handling, microscope-based checks, computer entry, quality control tasks, and the use of specialist equipment.
