Overview
This opportunity is for several Lab Technicians to join a fast-growing advanced manufacturing company in Towcester, Northamptonshire. The business has recently benefited from major international investment and is in the middle of a significant site expansion. It offers a permanent role with a starting salary of £35,000, full training from day one, and clear prospects for long-term development.
No previous laboratory or technical background is needed. The role is designed for people who want to build a stable career in a modern, high-tech production environment.

Working Pattern and Important Details
This is a permanent continental shift role covering both days and nights. The rota follows a 4 on / 4 off pattern, made up of 2 day shifts, 2 night shifts, and then 4 days off.
- Day shift: 07:00 to 19:00
- Night shift: 19:00 to 07:00
- Own transport is required because the site is in a rural location
- The working area is a cleanroom and PPE is required
- Full training is provided regardless of experience
