About the Company
Braun Management partners with leadership teams across Europe to address organizational challenges that are difficult to resolve from within. The team focuses on careful analysis and direct, evidence-based conclusions to support structural change and decision-making.
Role Overview
This position supports a German logistics and infrastructure client undergoing organizational restructuring. As a Junior Frontend Developer, you will help build and maintain internal digital tools used by consultants to communicate change, present data clearly, and track operational structures. The role is fully remote and centers on turning analytical insights into accurate, easy-to-use interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and update responsive web interfaces with HTML, CSS, and foundational JavaScript.
- Convert wireframes and functional briefs into accessible, well-structured code for internal dashboards.
- Work with the consulting team to create data-visualization elements that represent organizational structures.
- Keep code and process documentation clear and thorough so the tools remain easy to maintain over time.
- Carry out basic testing and troubleshooting to keep interfaces dependable across browsers.
- Support the preparation and refresh of digital assets used in senior-level presentations and reports.
- Help maintain internal tools that monitor accountability and decision rights across client projects.
- Take part in peer code reviews and follow internal quality standards.
Requirements
- Good grasp of core frontend technologies, especially HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Preference for practical, functional design instead of heavy visual effects or unnecessary motion.
- Strong eye for detail and a careful approach to technical work.
- Ability to explain technical ideas clearly in written documentation.
- Interest in learning how complex business systems and organizations operate.
- Self-motivation and discipline to work effectively in a remote setting.
- Open to direct, evidence-based feedback and able to apply it constructively.
- Working familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
Working Style
The organization operates remotely and relies on asynchronous communication and focused work. Written documentation is favored over frequent meetings, and team members are expected to manage themselves independently. The environment values clear thinking, professional honesty, and high accountability, especially because the work often involves sensitive organizational topics and difficult conversations around structural reform.
What You’ll Get
- Permanent full-time employment with an emphasis on stability and longer-term development.
- 100% remote working arrangement with flexibility to manage your own setup.
- Competitive compensation appropriate for an entry-level developer role.
- Hands-on exposure to high-level work for major industrial and logistics clients.
- A calm, focused workplace culture that prioritizes discipline and intellectual rigor.
- Mentorship from technical leads as well as experienced management consultants.
Additional Information
You will be contributing to the technical layer that helps convert complex analysis into practical tools for leadership teams. Your work will support clear, reliable interfaces that make structural findings visible and actionable, helping organizations move toward meaningful change.
