What you will do

• Take ownership of import and export activities so manufacturing requirements are met on time.
• Make sure goods move promptly for both internal teams and external partners.
• Process shipping documentation and carry out related system transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Work closely with vendors, freight forwarders, airlines, movers, and internal teams to keep capital equipment and incoming materials or parts moving on schedule.
• Coordinate the export of finished products to customers with internal stakeholders and forwarders, ensuring deliveries are timely and secure.
• Confirm that all shipments and documents comply with Singapore Customs requirements and internal standard operating procedures.
• Keep communication open with vendors, forwarders, and internal stakeholders whenever delivery issues arise.

Requirements

• Diploma in International Trade, Shipping Management, or Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in import and export operations, preferably in the semiconductor industry or a related engineering field.
• Working knowledge of freight forwarding, customs handling, airline bookings, and logistics.
• Exposure to customer service and a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with SAP, PowerPoint, Excel, and word processing tools, along with STP-Plus certification and TradeNet.
• Self-motivated with strong initiative and a collaborative mindset.
• Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple tasks at once.
