Role overview
This is a full-time, on-site sales position in Doha, Qatar, centered on the Horeca channel, covering hotels, restaurants, cafes, and catering businesses. The role is responsible for expanding BBG’s customer base, strengthening brand visibility, and driving revenue across the company’s health food and snack portfolio.
What you will do
You will identify and pursue new Horeca prospects, maintain and grow current accounts, and work toward sales goals. The job includes visiting customers regularly, showcasing product lines, agreeing on pricing and contract terms within company policy, and making sure orders move smoothly with support from logistics and warehouse teams. You will also track market movements, competitor activity, and customer input to help shape sales plans and promotions. In addition, you will keep sales records up to date, participate in relevant industry events when required, and work with internal teams to ensure customers receive strong service.
Qualifications and experience
The ideal candidate should bring proven B2B sales experience in the Horeca or food and beverage sector, preferably in distribution or FMCG. Strong account handling and relationship-building abilities are important, along with the confidence to negotiate, present products, and communicate effectively with decision-makers in hotels, restaurants, and cafes.
A good grasp of sales pipelines, forecasting, and basic CRM or sales reporting tools is needed. Familiarity with food safety and quality systems such as HACCP and ISO-based operations will be considered an advantage. The role also calls for a self-driven, target-oriented professional who can work independently in a field-based environment.
English fluency is required, and knowledge of Arabic or other languages relevant to the Qatar market is an added benefit. A valid Qatar driving license is necessary, along with readiness to travel within Doha and nearby areas for client meetings. A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
