Role overview

Shalina Healthcare Ghana is looking for a driver to handle the safe and efficient movement of passengers, goods, or materials. In this position, you will help ensure on-time transportation, keep the assigned vehicle in good working order, and follow road safety rules as well as company procedures.

Key deliverables

• Drive company vehicles responsibly to move passengers or goods as assigned.
• Stick to planned routes, schedules, and delivery instructions.
• Make sure pickups and drop-offs happen on time.
• Support loading and unloading when needed, while handling items carefully.
• Carry out basic vehicle checks and flag any maintenance issues.
• Keep the vehicle tidy, fueled, and operational.
• Record trips, logs, and delivery-related paperwork accurately.
• Observe traffic regulations, safety standards, and internal policies at all times.
• Offer polite, professional service to passengers and customers.

Qualifications, experience and skills

• A WASSCE certificate or an equivalent qualification is typically expected.
• A valid driving licence for the relevant vehicle category is required.
• Prior driving experience is an advantage.
