Role Overview

The Customer Service Associate will manage post-sales support and CRM activities end to end, serving as the main contact for clients from design confirmation until final handover. This role requires regular communication with customers, careful tracking of project progress, and prompt handling of queries and complaints.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete CRM and after-sales customer service workflow.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients from design approval to project completion.
• Manage customer communication through phone and email.
• Develop and sustain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Maintain tracking documents and update project status records on a regular basis.
• Adhere to defined customer service procedures and respond to customer queries in a timely manner.
• Address and resolve customer concerns in a professional and efficient way.
• Keep clients updated on project milestones and overall status.

Eligibility

This opportunity is open only to candidates based in Mumbai who have at least 1 year of experience.

Requirements

• Strong verbal communication skills with fluent English for phone-based interaction.
• Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
• Applicants must be located in Mumbai.
• Minimum work experience of 1 year is required.

Compensation

The annual salary range for this role is INR 2,50,000 to 3,00,000.
