About the Company
First Page is a digital marketing agency based in Singapore that has been operating since 2011. The company has built a reputation for creating high-impact digital strategies and helping clients strengthen their visibility and performance across the APAC region. It is also recognised as a Great Place to Work and is expanding quickly while continuing to earn industry awards.
Role Overview
The content team is responsible for shaping how client brands appear in search, on-page, and in audience memory. This position focuses less on producing large volumes of copy and more on determining what content should exist, organising it effectively, and delivering it with strong editorial judgment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage editorial calendars for several client brands, deciding what should be published, when it should go live, and the purpose it serves.
- Create and refine blog articles, landing pages, advertisement copy, email campaigns, and online press releases in different brand voices.
- Design content plans that respond to search intent and audience needs rather than relying only on keyword targeting.
- Map out content structure before drafting, including the argument flow, section order, and the outcome each asset needs to achieve.
- Handle multiple brands simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of work.
What Success Looks Like
- You approach content from a strategic perspective and can turn business goals into a practical publishing plan.
- You have strong editorial instincts and can improve a brief or rough draft by identifying the structure it needs.
- You work efficiently, stay organised, and can manage agency-style deadlines without sacrificing quality.
- You are able to adapt tone and style for different industries and brand personalities.
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of professional writing experience, preferably across multiple brands or in an agency environment; the way you think matters more than the exact number of years.
- Clear proof of editorial and strategic judgment, such as a content calendar you built, a series you planned, or a piece you improved through restructuring.
- Strong, polished writing across different formats, supported by a portfolio or writing samples.
- Practical understanding of how content supports search visibility and performance.
- Ability to write in English; knowledge of Traditional and Simplified Mandarin is a strong advantage but not required.
AI and Working Style
The team expects members to become comfortable using AI over time, and training will be provided to build that capability. Candidates can join at any current level of AI familiarity, including none at all.
For the initial part of training, AI access will be limited so that the focus stays on strengthening core skills such as strategic thinking, editorial judgment, and clean writing. AI tools are introduced only after those fundamentals are established.
Benefits
- Competitive pay with performance-linked incentives.
- Ownership over content strategy and editorial direction.
- Opportunities to grow both writing craft and AI capability.
- A collaborative workplace certified as a Great Place to Work.
