Role Overview

This position is for a proactive and detail-focused Collections Associate to support enterprise telecom customer accounts via chat. The job centers on keeping receivables healthy, following up on payments within timelines, reducing Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), and resolving billing queries while maintaining a strong customer experience.

This is a target-oriented role. The selected candidate will be responsible for collecting outstanding dues within the assigned timelines and working toward defined collection goals.
