Role Overview

We are looking for a guest-centric and energetic Front Office professional who can deliver exceptional service and help create a memorable stay for hotel guests. In this role, you will oversee bell services operations and ensure that arrivals, departures, luggage handling, and guest support are managed smoothly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a positive working relationship with Front Office colleagues, greet arriving guests in a courteous and professional way, and remain available to assist them throughout their stay.
  • Coordinate closely with the bell team to ensure luggage is moved efficiently from the arrival point to guest rooms and from rooms to the departure point during checkout.
  • Keep guest profile information updated and accessible through the Opera guest profile system.
  • Manage the handling, sorting, storage, and timely delivery of guest and employee messages, mail, and packages in an organized and reliable manner.
  • Prepare and control the duty schedule based on operational requirements and business levels.
  • Stay fully informed about hotel services and share this knowledge with the team so they can answer guest questions accurately and confidently.

Education, Experience & Skills

The ideal candidate should hold a diploma or degree in hospitality, or have completed vocational training in the Front Office department of a hotel. Strong English communication skills are important, along with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. Comfort with computers is required, and prior experience using Opera will be considered an advantage.
