Position Overview
The barista is expected to keep the assigned beverage area neat, orderly, and consistently stocked, while delivering drinks to customers and helping promote signature beverages.
Key Responsibilities
- Raise requests for required bar supplies and products.
- Monitor stock levels every day to prevent shortages and ensure product availability.
- Maintain a clean and well-organized beverage station.
- Keep refrigerators stocked and properly replenished.
- Prepare fresh items daily, such as juices, garnishes, and decorative ingredients.
- Serve beverages during operating hours.
- Demonstrate knowledge of specialty drinks, including cocktails.
- Contribute to creating a beverage menu.
- Ensure all utensils remain clean and polished at all times.
Hygiene and Presentation
The role requires a consistently neat personal appearance and a strong commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards across the workstation and tools.
Additional Information
This position is based in Bahrain and is a full-time, onsite role.
