Role Overview

Nostra is growing its sales function and is hiring an experienced Account Manager for its Dublin office. This position is best suited to someone who understands customer needs, creates tailored solutions, and helps expand recurring revenue across an assigned portfolio.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across your customer base.
  • Identify opportunities to increase recurring revenue through new sales, upselling, and cross-selling of Nostra’s products and services.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure solutions are delivered smoothly, on time, and in line with customer requirements.
  • Keep current on new technologies and work with vendor partners to bring customers strong service options and practical solutions.
  • Manage assigned accounts through regular reviews, contract administration, renewals, and uplift discussions.
  • Prepare and submit accurate reports on time for both internal and external use.
  • Partner with the Account Support team and other functions to deliver a high-quality customer experience and resolve issues quickly.

Requirements

  • A full Irish driving licence is required.
  • You should have at least 3 years of account management experience, ideally within IT or technology.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Cloud and server infrastructure, SonicWall firewalls, networking, security, wireless systems, and disaster recovery practices is a strong advantage.
  • You must be comfortable building relationships and have strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Experience managing several opportunities at once, prioritising effectively, and performing well in a fast-moving environment is important.
