About the internship

This six-month, on-site internship at One Root (ENP Farms Private Limited) is designed for candidates interested in performance marketing, search visibility, and digital growth. The role focuses on improving traffic, conversions, and lead quality while supporting One Root’s larger mission of connecting farmers directly with buyers through a transparent marketplace.

As an intern, you will work on SEO, paid campaigns, campaign analysis, and growth experimentation across major digital platforms. You will also contribute to marketing initiatives that help promote farmer awareness programs and agricultural services.

Key responsibilities

• Strengthen search engine visibility and organic traffic through ongoing SEO work.
• Set up, run, and refine paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta platforms, YouTube, LinkedIn, and similar channels.
• Improve website traffic and conversion outcomes using data-backed marketing tactics.
• Carry out keyword research, competitor review, and audience segmentation to sharpen campaign results.
• Review campaign performance regularly and turn findings into clear, actionable reports.
• Assist with lead generation and customer acquisition for One Root’s products and services.
• Work closely with content, design, and digital marketing teams to build effective campaigns.
• Improve landing pages, ad assets, and campaign structures to increase return on investment.
• Support digital outreach for farmer education and agricultural awareness initiatives.
• Track and evaluate core marketing metrics such as CPC, CTR, ROAS, conversion rate, and lead quality.

Eligibility

Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship and able to begin between 3 July 2026 and 7 August 2026. The internship runs for 6 months. Candidates should have relevant interest and skills in digital marketing, and women looking to begin or restart their careers are welcome to apply.

Requirements

• Foundational knowledge of performance marketing, SEO, SEM, and online advertising.
• Working familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Analytics.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Understanding of keyword research and campaign optimization methods.
• Comfort using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
• Ability to interpret marketing data and suggest performance improvements.
• Genuine interest in digital marketing, lead generation, and growth-focused strategies.
• Exposure to marketing tools and automation platforms will be considered an advantage.

One Root, operated by ENP Farms Private Limited, is building a highly transparent and traceable marketplace that allows farmers to sell produce directly to institutional and enterprise buyers at fair prices. By reducing dependence on brokers and agents, the platform helps farmers earn better profits and gain more control over pricing. Buyers, in turn, can source directly from farmers at more affordable rates.

Additional details

The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 10,000 to 15,000. There are 2 open positions. The role is based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
