About the internship
This remote internship is designed for a marketing all-rounder who wants practical exposure to performance advertising, campaign analysis, and creative testing in a startup environment. You will support marketing initiatives across paid channels and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts.
What you will do
- Help plan and run performance campaigns on Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram, as well as Google Ads.
- Track core campaign indicators such as CPL, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate, then spot areas where results can be improved.
- Assist with developing and testing ad assets such as ad copy, headlines, hooks, and landing page variations.
- Work with Meta Pixel events and audience groups while supporting conversion tracking and campaign refinement.
- Run A/B experiments on creatives, targeting, and landing pages, and note the main findings.
- Research competitors, keywords, and market movements to help shape campaign strategy.
- Compile and update weekly performance reports for the marketing team.

Skills and knowledge
Applicants should be comfortable with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, understand performance marketing basics, and be able to interpret campaign data. Strong English writing skills, research ability, problem-solving, initiative, and working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets are important. Exposure to Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, CRM tools, Canva, n8n, GoHighLevel (GHL), or marketing automation platforms will be an advantage.
Compensation and conversion
The internship offers a monthly stipend with a fixed component of ₹9,000 to ₹13,000 and an incentive component of ₹1,000 to ₹2,000. If converted to a permanent role, the expected salary range is ₹2,00,000 to ₹4,00,000 per year. A job offer is listed as a perk on successful conversion.
