What you will do
- Guide students on available courses and walk them through the admission process.
- Respond to student questions over phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Track and nurture prospective students through each stage of the admission cycle.
- Clearly communicate course fees, eligibility rules, and admission steps.
- Keep student information organized and updated in CRM tools.
- Work toward assigned counseling and admission targets.
- Coordinate with the admissions team and share progress updates regularly.
