About the internship
This remote, part-time internship is for a campus ambassador who will help the team reach students preparing for placements, internships, and other career opportunities. The role centers on building student engagement, coordinating readiness programs, and supporting a community focused on interview preparation.
About the company
The organization is a placement-preparation platform created for engineering and MBA students. It brings learners together with mentors and hiring professionals from leading institutes and companies, such as IIMs, IITs, NITs, JBIMS, Deloitte, Infosys, Accenture, Cummins, and Samsung, for live mock group discussions and personal interviews. A key part of the experience is live, individualized feedback from people who actively hire, so students receive practical guidance instead of generic advice or recorded content. The platform works with both freshers and experienced professionals in its mentor network to help students enter interviews with confidence and strong preparation.
Key work areas
The intern will identify students interested in placements and career development, help organize mock group discussions, mock personal interviews, mentorship sessions, and career workshops, and coordinate with mentors, alumni, industry experts, and hiring professionals. The role also involves monitoring participation and feedback to improve readiness programs and supporting the founding team through community-building, networking, leadership exposure, and startup execution.
Who can apply
This opportunity is open to candidates who can begin the part-time internship between 30 June 2026 and 4 August 2026, can commit for 3 months, and have relevant skills and interest in the space. Applicants should be current MBA students in the first or second year, or engineering students in the fourth year. Women returning to work are also encouraged to apply. The role requires availability for weekend community activities and live sessions, along with flexibility to handle weekday tasks.
Stipend
The stipend is performance-based and listed as INR per month.
