Business Development (Sales) Intern

About the internship

This internship is focused on business development and sales for ReplyReviews, an AI-powered tool that helps businesses respond to Google reviews more efficiently. The role is designed for someone who is comfortable with both field outreach and digital communication, and who can speak confidently with restaurant and café owners about how the product can help improve reputation management and customer engagement.

What you will do

• Contact restaurant owners through phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media to introduce ReplyReviews.
• Visit nearby restaurants, cafés, and other local businesses to present the product face to face.
• Explain the value of ReplyReviews in a clear, persuasive, and easy-to-understand manner.
• Spot business pain points around online reviews, customer responses, and reputation handling.
• Arrange and coordinate product demo calls for interested leads.
• Follow up with prospects to help move them toward conversion.
• Keep accurate records of leads, meetings, and day-to-day sales activity.
• Work toward daily and weekly goals for outreach, demos, and closures.
• Gather prospect feedback and share insights with the team to help sharpen the sales approach.

Who can apply

Applications are open only to candidates who can commit to a full-time, in-office internship in Delhi. You should be able to begin between 16 April 2026 and 30 June 2026, stay for 3 months, and be based in Delhi. Applicants should also have relevant skills and interest in sales. Other requirements

• You should be comfortable handling both field sales visits and remote outreach through calls and WhatsApp.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
• You must be able to communicate confidently in Hinglish or English and pitch to business owners.
• Daily cold calling should not be an issue, and you should be able to handle rejection professionally.
• Self-driven candidates with a strong interest in earning incentives and growing in sales are preferred.
• Prior experience in sales, calling, or customer-facing roles will be an advantage.
• A smartphone is required, along with basic familiarity with WhatsApp, Google, and online tools.
• You should be comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.

Compensation

This is a paid internship with a stipend of INR 5,000 to 7,000 per month.
