About the internship
This in-office internship is designed for candidates who want hands-on exposure to product development in an AI-enabled environment. You will contribute to building and refining practical software components while learning how real teams plan, review, test, and ship work under mentorship.
What you will work on
- Create and enhance frontend screens, backend APIs, forms, dashboards, and smaller project modules with guidance from a mentor.
- Follow standard engineering habits such as writing clean code, documenting your work, testing changes, and using version control properly.
- Participate in requirement discussions, day-to-day project coordination, bug fixing, UAT support, team check-ins, and regular review meetings.
- Use AI tools in a responsible way for learning, research, debugging help, documentation support, and productivity improvements, while ensuring you still understand and can explain the final output.
- Build career readiness through communication practice, explaining your resume and projects, mock interviews, presentations, and improvement based on feedback.

Stipend
The internship offers a monthly stipend of ₹8,000 to ₹12,000.
Additional information
- Stipend structure includes fixed pay of ₹5,000 to ₹7,000 per month plus incentive pay of ₹3,000 to ₹5,000 per month.
- There is a potential job offer after successful conversion to a permanent role, with an expected annual salary range of ₹260,000 to ₹700,000.
- The workweek is 5 days.
