- Support internal and external audits related to training files and program compliance.
- Act as a subject matter expert and advise leadership and operational teams on training matters.

Candidate profile
Successful candidates are expected to bring experience in training management, instructional design, adult learning, workforce development, program management, law enforcement, investigations, case management, or similar areas. Experience creating and delivering specialized technical or operational training is highly valued, and professional training or instructional design certifications are preferred. The role also calls for proven ability to develop curricula, lesson plans, facilitator guides, and other training resources, along with prior experience teaching in both virtual and in-person formats.
Applicants should be comfortable training on communication, interviewing, situational awareness, or interpersonal skills for varied audiences. Experience supporting programs that serve foreign-born populations is a plus. Strong presentation, facilitation, coaching, and mentoring abilities are important, as is the capacity to thrive in fast-moving environments with changing priorities. The ideal candidate can respond quickly to operational needs with professionalism and good judgment, has experience leading or mentoring teams, and works well with people from diverse cultural backgrounds. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays when mission needs require it is also expected. Foreign language ability would be an added advantage.
