Role OverviewValleyPoint Technologies is seeking a full-time Telecaller for its Greater Chennai Area office. This role focuses on outbound calling, lead qualification, and supporting the sales process through effective customer conversations.Key ResponsibilitiesPlace outbound cold calls to prospective customers and clearly present the company’s offerings.Screen and assess leads in line with the business’s qualification criteria.Arrange meetings, demonstrations, or appointments for the sales team.Keep call logs, follow-up notes, and lead details updated accurately in the CRM.Work toward daily and monthly targets for calls and lead generation while maintaining a professional approach with customers.Experience & Communication ExpectationsCandidates must have prior experience in cold calling and in dealing with US clients. Strong verbal communication, confidence in handling objections, and a professional customer-handling style are essential.
