About the Role
Sutherland is looking to hire candidates for the position of Process Associate in Technical Voice Support within customer support. This opportunity is based in Chennai and follows an office-based working model.
Role Expectations
- Handle technical voice-based customer interactions and support queries.
- Communicate clearly and confidently in English during calls.
- Be available for night shifts or rotational shifts as required by the process.
- Work as part of a customer support setup with rotational weekly offs.
- Join immediately if selected.
Who Can Apply
- Fresh graduates are eligible.
- Candidates with up to 6 months of work experience can also apply.
- Applicants must have strong spoken English skills.
- Only candidates comfortable with night or rotating shifts should apply.
Work Location and Benefits
This is a work-from-office role in Chennai. The company provides one-way cab service along with transport allowance.
