Role Overview

This position focuses on independently running and sustaining at least one process, piece of equipment, or system while applying autonomous maintenance practices. The role uses technical know-how to lift line or system performance so it supports business goals.

Contribution to the Plant

With guidance and coaching, the selected person will operate and maintain equipment while helping the team achieve targets for safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and morale. Standard work must be followed on the assigned equipment, with autonomous maintenance and progressive maintenance practices applied consistently. Safety requirements must be observed, quality checks completed, and any losses in the area or equipment identified and reported.

Relevant background and capability should include machine operation under supervision, strong awareness of safety and quality expectations, the ability to read and write, fluent communication in the language used at the site, and the ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
