This opportunity is being shared on behalf of a partner employer, which will handle all applications and follow-up steps directly. The partner is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner located in the United States.
This is a high-impact, fully remote recruiting position centered on fast-moving, high-volume hiring across several business areas, including technical and professional positions. You will serve as a trusted partner to hiring managers, keeping the end-to-end recruitment process running smoothly while protecting both candidate experience and hiring quality. The role involves ownership of live requisitions, development of sourcing approaches, and keeping talent pipelines active in a dynamic SaaS setting. You will work closely with stakeholders across multiple teams, balancing speed, structure, and quality throughout the hiring cycle. This role is well suited to an experienced recruiter who enjoys working independently, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and improving hiring processes through modern recruiting tools, including AI-assisted sourcing and screening.
Accountabilities
- Manage full-cycle hiring for assigned openings across both technical and non-technical roles, with a focus on timely and strong-quality outcomes.
- Run intake meetings with hiring managers to clarify role expectations, candidate profiles, and hiring timelines.
- Proactively find, evaluate, and engage candidates using sourcing techniques and AI-supported recruiting tools.
- Oversee the candidate journey from start to finish, ensuring consistent communication, timely feedback, and a smooth process at every stage.
- Arrange interview coordination, including scheduling, panel preparation, and debrief discussions.
- Keep ATS records accurate and current, including candidate movement, feedback, and disposition status.
- Work with hiring managers and talent acquisition leadership to prioritize requisitions and distribute workload effectively.
- Share pipeline progress and hiring insights regularly to keep stakeholders informed and aligned.
- Spot process inefficiencies and actively contribute ideas that strengthen recruitment operations.
Requirements
- At least 5-7+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience, preferably in SaaS or technology-focused environments.
- Demonstrated success hiring for technical positions such as Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or other specialized roles.
- Experience handling several requisitions at once in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
- Strong sourcing expertise, including familiarity with modern recruiting tools, automation, or AI-enabled platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
- Highly self-directed work style, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to operate with limited supervision.
- Exposure to ATS platforms such as Workday or comparable systems is considered an advantage.
- Comfort working across multiple job families beyond technical hiring when needed.
- Strong planning skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle competing priorities effectively.
- International recruiting experience is a plus.
