The platform enables customers to personalize products such as photo albums, T-shirts, mugs, and more.Role overviewThe Talent Acquisition Executive will handle hiring activities across multiple functions, including retail, business, operations, customer support, finance, marketing, and design. This role is centered on sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and closing candidates while maintaining accurate recruitment records and continuously improving hiring methods.Key responsibilitiesOwn the full recruitment cycle for roles across retail, business, operations, customer support, finance, marketing, and design.Develop and maintain talent pipelines using job postings and sourcing databases such as Naukri Resdex and Job Hai.Partner with hiring managers to understand role needs and shape effective sourcing plans.Review applications, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and create shortlists of suitable candidates.Schedule interviews, keep candidates informed, and manage discussions related to offers and final closures.Update recruitment dashboards and hiring trackers with accurate and timely information.Suggest improvements in sourcing channels, job descriptions, and overall hiring workflows.EligibilityThis opportunity is open to candidates with at least 1 year of experience.Experience requirementApplicants should have around 1 year of experience in recruitment.Other requirements0–1 year of recruitment experience, preferably with exposure to non-technical hiring at entry, mid, or senior levels.Previous involvement in bulk hiring or recruitment drives will be an advantage.Practical experience with Naukri Resdex and similar sourcing databases is required.Exposure to both agency-side and in-house recruitment is preferred.Prior retail hiring exposure will be considered a plus.Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation abilities are essential.CompensationThe role offers a salary of INR 3,00,000 per year.Additional detailsThis is a full-time, onsite role based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
