Sales Advisor

Role Overview

As a Sales Advisor at H&M, you will be central to delivering an excellent in-store experience. Your role will involve greeting shoppers, helping them navigate the store, and assisting them in finding the right products while highlighting what the brand offers. Working in line with H&M’s values, you will contribute to both your own performance and the company’s overall success.

What You Will Do

• Use your knowledge of fashion and products to support customers in making confident purchase decisions.
• Work closely with the store team to provide strong service throughout the customer journey.
• Keep the sales floor and stock areas tidy, replenished, and visually appealing.
• Assist with store opening and closing duties as needed.
• Act as a positive representative of both yourself and the brand in every customer interaction.

You will also interact with the wider area team and collaborate across stores to exchange ideas and support business goals. The ideal candidate has experience in customer service, preferably in fashion, retail, or a similar setting. We are seeking someone who is enthusiastic about fashion, enjoys creating a great in-store experience, and can support sales through excellent service. You should be comfortable working in a fast-moving, team-based setting, be communicative and curious, show interest in store technology, and be eager to learn, adapt, and take action.
