Role Overview
Quadrant Technologies is seeking an experienced Proposal Manager to own the full bid and proposal process for strategic opportunities in Hyderabad. This role calls for a professional who can guide opportunities from initial qualification through proposal creation, negotiation, and final contract award while partnering closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the bid and proposal process from opportunity qualification through submission and award.
- Build and implement winning strategies together with Sales and Business teams.
- Work in coordination with Sales, Finance, Legal, Delivery, and Product stakeholders.
- Draft, refine, and evaluate proposal narratives, pricing structures, and commercial responses.
- Spot potential risks, monitor compliance requirements, and put mitigation plans in place.
- Keep timelines on track, manage stakeholder updates, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Review outcomes after submission and use lessons learned to improve future bids.
- Use generative AI tools to improve proposal quality, speed, and overall effectiveness.
Required Experience and Skills
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in bid or proposal management.
- Demonstrated success handling complex, high-value bids.
- Strong ability to manage stakeholders and communicate clearly.
- Practical experience with pricing, risk evaluation, and contract discussions.
- Exposure to generative AI tools and prompt engineering is preferred.
