Role Overview
This position oversees Force Readiness Command (FORCECOM) logistics support across a broad set of enterprise services. The role covers coordination and oversight for transportation, property, supply, warehouse, housing, logistics, armory, student administration, and government vehicle support.
Key Duties
- Take full responsibility for all contractor work completed under the performance work statement.
- Serve as the main point of contact for the Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer’s Representative.
- Monitor and direct performance across all assigned tasks.
- Prepare and submit transition plans and quality control plans.
- Remain reachable by phone for the COR from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, and respond to technical issue discussions or resolution requests within 48 hours of notice.
Minimum Qualifications
- A four-year degree in Business is required.
- Candidates should have 8 years of relevant work experience, including at least 3 years in a management or supervisory capacity.
- If the four-year degree is in an unrelated discipline, a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
- Experience should include program management, facilitation, implementation of program management toolsets, and organizational transformation initiatives.
- A Tier 1 background check is required.
