Role overview
This position is focused on operating and supporting enterprise network infrastructure within a large technology environment. The role centers on keeping routing, switching, core network services, and traffic controls stable, secure, and available for business use.
Key responsibilities
- Set up, monitor, and resolve issues in BGP and OSPF so routing remains efficient and reliable across the enterprise network.
- Build and maintain VLAN-based segmentation to separate traffic securely and efficiently for different teams and services.
- Configure and support DNS services for both internal and external name resolution with an emphasis on dependable, low-latency access.
- Create, review, and maintain ACLs to enforce access policies and protect network assets from unauthorized traffic.
- Implement and troubleshoot NAT to support safe and effective connectivity between internal systems and outside services.
- Use monitoring platforms and logs to spot, diagnose, and fix network incidents while meeting defined SLA targets.
- Take part in change planning, documentation, execution, and post-change support for upgrades and maintenance work with minimal disruption.
- Partner with security, infrastructure, and application teams during projects, deployments, and incident handling.
- Keep network diagrams, configuration details, and operating procedures current and accurate.
- Suggest improvements to network architecture, performance, and day-to-day operations based on trends and best practices.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering is required, ideally B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
- Between 3 and 5 years of practical experience in network operations, network support, or a comparable enterprise networking role.
- Hands-on capability with routing protocols, switching, DNS administration, ACLs, NAT, and issue troubleshooting.
Technology focus
The role is aligned with infrastructure/server administration for DNS and networking operations involving routing and switching technologies, including STP.

This is a full-time, onsite position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
