Role Overview

GagaMuller is hiring a Junior Document Controller to support project teams with document handling, information flow, and digital records management. Responsibilities

  • Assist with Construction Submittal Register activities under supervision.
  • Keep document registers accurate, organised, and current throughout the project.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to support submissions, reviews, and approval workflows.
  • Help communicate information lifecycle requirements and review procedures to project teams.
  • Assist in preparing and sharing project information across multiple disciplines.
