Role Summary

The Data Analysis Software Intern will support data analysis, reporting, automation, documentation, and coordination activities as part of the team’s ongoing work.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and update Power BI dashboards and visual reports.
• Plan, design, and record automated workflows for data analysis.
• Keep clear records of the data sources used in analysis work.
• Create applications that improve process automation and standardization.
• Prepare and track timing plans related to these tasks.
• Capture meeting notes and keep task schedules organized.
• Support additional work as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must currently be enrolled in an accredited U.S. degree program pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a similar field.
• This is a year-long internship, so enrollment must continue for the full internship period.
• Minimum GPA required is 3.0.
• Must be at sophomore standing or above.
• Experience with programming in C#, VBA, or a comparable language.
• Working familiarity with visualization tools such as Excel or Power BI.
• Strong ability to investigate and resolve technical issues.
• Good interpersonal and organizational abilities with the capacity to work effectively in a team.
• Strong oral and written English communication skills, including clear communication in person, on conference calls, and in writing.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good presentation skills.
