Role Summary
Kepler is hiring a Contract Recruiter to support talent acquisition across the APAC region, with the main focus on Singapore and the Philippines. This position suits a recruiter who is comfortable handling both end-to-end hiring and recruiting operations in a busy, fast-changing setting.
The assignment is intended to provide immediate hiring support during a period of team expansion and transition. The recruiter will work closely with the global Talent Acquisition team and regional hiring leaders to sustain hiring momentum and deliver a smooth candidate journey across APAC.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for mid-level and specialized roles across APAC, especially Singapore and the Philippines.
- Work with hiring managers and interview panels to clarify hiring requirements, timelines, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Perform recruiter screening and guide candidates through each stage of the interview process while protecting the candidate experience.
- Drive sourcing efforts and create talent pipelines in digital marketing, media, analytics, and business-related functions.
- Support interview scheduling and coordination by partnering with candidates, interviewers, and the Talent Acquisition team.
- Keep candidate records and recruiting activity up to date in Greenhouse and other recruitment tools.
- Share hiring progress and pipeline status with internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to recruiting operations, reporting, process enhancements, and other Talent Acquisition tasks as needed.
- Help maintain a structured, efficient, and high-touch hiring workflow during a period of increased recruiting activity.
Requirements
- 3 to 5+ years of recruiting experience in either an internal talent acquisition team or an agency setting.
- Background supporting full-cycle hiring for mid-level professional positions.
- Ability to balance direct recruiting ownership with administrative and operational support tasks.
- Strong sourcing skills and hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent organization and the ability to manage several priorities and changing deadlines.
- Clear communication skills and strong stakeholder management ability.
- A detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative working style.
- Experience using ATS platforms, preferably Greenhouse.
- Previous exposure to APAC hiring is strongly preferred.
- Experience in digital marketing, media, analytics, technology, or agency environments is an added advantage.
