About the Role

Grey Soul Coffee Roasters is hiring two Bakers for its experience centre in Koregaon Park, Pune. The role is centered on crafting high-quality baked goods for a café environment that combines specialty coffee, fresh food, and artisanal baking.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare a variety of fresh baked items such as breads, pastries, croissants, cookies, cakes, and other bakery products.
Maintain consistent product quality, taste, and visual presentation across all production batches.
Oversee daily bakery output and keep stock and ingredients organized through inventory management.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices while working in the kitchen.
Support the creation and testing of new bakery items and seasonal menu additions.

What We Are Looking For

Prior bakery experience of 1 to 4 years.
Hands-on exposure to breads, pastries, cakes, or viennoiserie.
Strong focus on detail, consistency, and product quality.
Comfort working in a busy, fast-moving café setting.
Interest in craftsmanship and a willingness to keep learning and improving.
