Role Overview

What You’ll Do
You will support the Store Manager in running station store operations, helping with staffing, team supervision, bookkeeping, and merchandising. You will also contribute to maintaining high service standards and delivering quick, friendly customer service.
The role includes supporting the food program, showing strong customer focus, and demonstrating urgency, patience, and leadership in day-to-day work. Regular and dependable onsite attendance is expected.

Preferred Background
Retail experience is an advantage, along with prior supervisor or management experience. Experience with recruiting, hiring, and interviewing, food handling exposure, and a high school or college degree are also beneficial.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
- Ability to lift or carry up to 30 pounds from the ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes during a shift
- Occasional lifting or carrying of up to 60 pounds from the ground to waist level
- Ability to push or pull with arms using up to 20 pounds of force
- Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to 1 hour per shift
- Ability to grasp, reach, and handle objects; this may include climbing a ladder to store or retrieve items and place or remove signs
